John has been a Los Cabos developer for many years and has numerous successful businesses and projects in Los Cabos including The Cape Hotel, The Shoppes at Palmilla, The Shoppes at La Paz and Playa La Ribera. He lives and works in San Jose del Cabo and is a Mexican resident. John and his wife, Melinda, are the founders of Ilumíname, he serves as advisory board member at other Mexican Social Organizations and has supported many others.

He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Adtan’s Global Sales. Prior to joining Adtran, Charles was Senior Vice President of Sales for Xura, which became Mavenir. Prior to this role Charles was President and Chairman of Alcatel-Lucent USA and Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas. In this role, Charles was responsible for direct and indirect sales, managing $11 billion in sales. Charles had previously served in many different Sales Management Role and Operational Roles at both Alcatel and Rockwell International.
